What I bring

I started in Dell field service, moved into enterprise IT support and VMware administration at Samsung R&D Institute India, and since 2024 have been the System Administrator at Lutfi Group of Companies in Dubai, where I look after servers, Active Directory, firewalls and VPNs, backups, CCTV, and day-to-day support for around 100 users across multiple sites.

I value clear documentation, sensible security, tested backups, and automation that removes repetitive work. My goal is an IT environment that is easy to support, maintain, and recover.
